Create Holes by Parallel Pattern

With a drill placed in your project section, create a hole parallel to an object.

Activity Steps

Note: A minimum of one section needs to be created in your design project.

1. In the Cabling Tab, in the Design group, in Hole Layout drop down, select Parallel Pattern.

2. Choose to Show your Drill on the drill line. Selecting Yes shows the drill sketch while creating your hole.

3. Select a Set Up you wish to drill from.

4. Choose your 1st point of your pattern.

5. Choose your 2nd point of your pattern.

6. Choose Keep to finalize the pattern, or:

   1. Increase the toespacing.

   2. Decrease the toespacing.

   3. Enter a custom Toespace value.

   4. Enter a custom Length value.

   5. Keep all the holes Flush.
