Install Amine

Install an Amine Base installer using the steps below.

Important: A Datamine Freshdesk Account is required for the following steps.

Activity Steps

1. If applicable, navigate to the Survey tab, in the Survey panel, select Backup Settings to back up your settings to the database. Close Amine.
2. If applicable, uninstall in full the Amine software from your computer.
3. Download the latest Amine Base Release from the Product Store.
4. Unzip the folder.
5. Find setup.exe and run as an administrator.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Amine to your computer.
