Create a New Client Job
Client jobs represent work requests for analyzing submitted samples. Each work request corresponds to an analysis code specifying the required analysis. These analysis codes are linked to the packages in which the samples are logged. In some cases, the required analysis may differ from the configurations previously established in the lab. When this occurs, a new client job must be created to accommodate the updated analysis requirements.
Note: Adding a new permanent client job (analysis) in the Client Jobs page only applies to samples within the same series because the series can be saved with the new analysis code. For non-routine samples, however, a new client job added during logging is a one-time addition specific to the samples in that batch. To save new client jobs for non-routine samples, you must load a new package into the project associated with the samples.
