View and Restore Sample Batch Audit Records

The Audit Records feature is essential for ensuring compliance with both internal laboratory standards and ISO requirements for certified laboratories. It provides a comprehensive log of current and deleted records, along with all relevant information for each. This tool supports accountability, traceability, and quality assurance by maintaining a formal audit trail. The Audit Records feature allows you to restore deleted sample batches, to help safeguard critical data and ensure alignment with compliance standards.

Activity Steps

1. On the Job Book, click Sample Batches.
2. Click Audit.

3. Select from:

   • Current Records—Shows all available information for the selected current sample batch.
   • Deleted Records—Shows all available information for the sample batches that have been deleted.

   The Audit screen displays.

4. To restore a deleted record:
   1. In the Audit screen, select the sample batch you want to restore.

   2. Click Restore.

      The sample batch is restored. Use Filter Data in the Sample Batch Page to locate the restored batch if required.
