Add Sample Splits

Sample splits are user-defined sub-samples taken at various stages of the preparation process, often used for twin-stream analysis to estimate the sampling variance introduced at each stage. Sample splits help ensure the precision and consistency of sample handling, providing confidence that the final results accurately represent the original material. In the AssayNet LIMS, sample splits can be added directly to the Prep Template, a framework that standardizes the entire sample preparation workflow. This allows labs to document and manage the stages at which sub-samples are taken, helping to minimize result variance and maintain quality control throughout the process.
