Access the AI Help Assistant

Use the AI Help Assistant to ask questions about CCLAS 6. Answers are based on information in the CCLAS 6 help.

Before you can use the assistant, you must create an account and be granted access to the CCLAS 6 AI Help Assistant. Access is limited to customers with a current maintenance agreement.

To create an account:

  1. Go to https://ai-assistant.dataminesoftware.com/.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Check your email application for a verification email from Datamine.

    Note: You may need to check your junk email folder or your email scanning service, if you use one.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter the required details:
    • Password
    • Re-enter password
    • Given Name
    • Surname
    • Display Name
  8. Click Next.
  9. Choose whether to stay signed in.

Creating an account raises a support ticket with Datamine. A Datamine AI Help Assistant Administrator must grant you access before you can use the assistant.

To sign in with an existing account:

  1. After access has been granted, go to https://ai-assistant.dataminesoftware.com/.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Choose whether to stay signed in.

To use the AI Help Assistant:

  1. Select the required product and version from the selector at the top left of the page.
  2. Enter your question in the chat box.

    Tip: You can use a language other than English. The AI Help Assistant responds in the same language.

  3. Press Enter or click the send icon.

You can also:

  • Click New Chat to start a new conversation.
  • Revisit previous chats.
  • Hover over a chat response to display copy and feedback icons.

To sign out of the AI Help Assistant:

  1. Click the sign-out icon next to your display name.
