Organise Home page favourites

To access favourite applications:

  1. Either access the Home page and click Organize favourites... in the Favourites widget or access any application and click the drop-down arrow next to Access favourites to display the favourites dialog box containing the names of your favourite application.

To organise your favourite application once you have accessed your favourite applications:

  1. Access favourite applications.
  2. Drag and drop the application to the required position.
  3. Click OK.

To add an application to application favourites:

  1. Access the application. A hollow star indicates the application is not listed as a favourite. A yellow star indicates the application is listed as a favourite.
  2. Where a hollow star is displayed, click the drop-down arrow next to Access favourites and select Add to Favourites... to display the Add to Favourites... dialog box.
  3. Enter the Application name for the favourite application.
  4. Click OK to add the application or item to the Favourites widget on the Home page. Note that this widget must be added to the Home page for favourite applications to display.

To add a favourite application and/or item web page to browser favourites:

  1. Access favourite applications.
  2. Click Actions Grid row flows next to the application and select Add to Browser Favourites to display the Add a Favourites dialog box.
  3. Add one or more application or item web pages to the browser favourites, as required.

    The application can now be accessed directly from browser favourites.

To delete application favourites:

  1. Access favourite application.
  2. Click Delete next to the application to highlight the application as pending deletion.
  3. Click OK to remove the application from favourite applications.
