Add tests from samples to a sample

1. Either access a sample via the CCREGN—Job application or access a sample via the CCSAMP—Sample application to display the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen. Refer to Maintain samples.
2. Select the Tests tab to display sample schemes currently registered on the sample in the top grid and a scheme search in the bottom grid.
3. Click Add tests from Samples to display the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen.
4. Enter the relevant search criteria in the bottom grid and click Search to display samples that match the criteria.
5. Select one or more samples and click the Add tests from Samples grid flow option.
6. Return to the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen to view the updated sample schemes and analytes in the Tests tab.
7. If the Tests tab was selected prior to clicking the Add tests from Samples form flow, then click the Refresh Added Tests grid flow to redisplay all tests, including those added from the sample.
8. Click Submit to update the sample with the tests from the selected source samples.

   An error is returned if an attempt is made to add scheme version analytes to a sample scheme that is linked to a more recent scheme version since there may be analytes in a later scheme version that are not available in an earlier scheme version associated with the sample scheme.

9. On the CCREGN—Job Detail screen, click Refresh to view the newly registered samples in the Samples grid.
