Return samples for selected schemes and analytes

To return samples for selected schemes and analytes, also based upon entered criteria:

  1. Access the CCBTCH—Job Batch application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCBTCH—Job Batch Detail screen.
  2. Return sample counts for schemes or analytes.
  3. Select the schemes or analytes in the top grid.
  4. To match schemes by whether any or all selected analytes match the criteria:
    1. Select the Sample Scheme Analyte Criteria tab.
    2. Select Analyte Scope as Any or All.
  5. To return samples to the bottom grid in a default sort order:

    1. Select the Sample Criteria tab.

    2. Select the Sort Order.

    3. Where Sort Order is Expiry Date or the system is configured to have the search date range mandatory, then select the Date Search Scope and Date Search Field, and enter the Date Search Range as a Between or Delta date range.
  6. To return samples to the bottom grid based upon minimum and maximum number of samples that match the criteria:

    1. Enter the Minimum Number of samples that must exist for samples to be returned from the search.
    2. Enter the Maximum Number of samples to return from the search.
  7. Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search Samples to display samples that match the criteria in the bottom sample grid.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

To export samples to a report:

  1. Search for samples for selected schemes and analytes.
  2. Select the check box in the first column of each job to be included in the report, or leave all samples unselected to include all jobs in the report.
  3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

    Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

    During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
