Set workbook cells to LNR, IS, NA, NR or Not Started

1. Search for workbooks using a Data Mode of Final Results mode, ensure that Read Only Mode is not selected, then open the workbook in either normal to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen or in transposed mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.

2. Select the relevant cells.

3. To set to LNR:

   1. Access the Set Workflow Status native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu) and select the Workflow Status of LNR.

4. To set to IS, NA or NR:

   1. Access the Set Workflow Status native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu) and select the Workflow Status of IS, NA or NR.

5. To reset to Not Started:

   1. Access the Reset Workflow Status native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu).

6. To persist changes, do one of the following:

   1. Click Submit to save the changes made during the workbook session and return focus to the last selected cell prior to the submit.

   2. Click Submit and Close to save the changes made during the workbook session and close the sheet.
