Locate jobs for analysis
To locate jobs for analysis:
- Access the CCWKBK—Workbook application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen.
- Select the Scope, Archive Status and Job Type on the Primary Criteria tab.
- Select a Sort Order on the Primary Criteria tab to pre-set the order of the records returned to the grid.
-
Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display production, laboratory batch, internal, proposal and template jobs that match the criteria. Schedule and draft jobs cannot be searched or opened in workbook. Cancelled jobs are excluded by default in search results.
Tip: To include cancelled jobs in the search results set, include Cancelled in the Workflow Status criteria and check the Include Cancelled Jobs check box. Where this is selected, then the Cancelled date range criteria becomes available on the Job Criteria tab. Where this check box is cleared, then any selection of Cancelled in the Workflow Status criteria is ignored. Refer to the Cancelling Jobs for limitations placed on cancelled jobs and samples.
The available biofields for the Biofield Code search criteria are filtered by those with org-scope that have either no line of business defined, or a line of business matching one of the laboratory's lines of business, or by those with lab-scope.
Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.
To export jobs for analysis to a report:
- Locate jobs for analysis.
- Select the check box in the first column of each job to be included in the report, or leave all workbooks unselected to include all jobs in the report.
- Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.
Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.
During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
To review the samples in a job:
- Locate jobs for analysis.
- Open the required job to display the CCWKBK—Workbook Detail screen to display the samples linked to the job.
