Managing the Worklist Environment
Overview
The workbook environment allows for:
- The presentation of the worksheet in a spreadsheet-like grid format, either in normal mode where samples are presented down and tests across the screen, or in transposed mode where samples are presented across and tests down the screen.
- A customised menu that executes in-built cell formulas and commands so that results can be entered quickly and accurately.
- The execution of commands on, or result entry into, one or more contiguous or non-contiguous selected cells.
- Easy navigation through the samples and across the scheme and analytes.
- The inclusion of custom menu options which execute in-built cell formulas or functions that support script-based logic.
- Customisation of a workbook session based upon various preferences, scheme, scheme version and scheme version analyte settings. Workbook customisation is usually pre-set for specific users, roles or tests.

Worklist Grid Display
The worklist displays the result grid where results are displayed and entered for the sample currently being worked upon.
-
The worklist can optionally display a lower panel that displays details associated with the current selected worklist cell, and allows various properties to be updated.
The worklist panel or lower panels can be vertically maximised or minimised, upon which, the system applies an adjustment automatically to the other panel.
