Script Hook Points during Accuracy Assessment
The following script execution points exist during accuracy assessment, with the scripts being executed in the following order, if they exist, that is:
- The sample's Standard Lot Code > standard lot's Specification Code > specification's Evaluation Script—to allow for custom logic on the standard's specification limits
- The sample's Standard Code > standard's Standard Script—to allow for custom logic on the particular standard
- The sample's Primary QC Type Code > QC type's QC Script Code or sample's Secondary QC Type Code > QC type's QC Script Code, depending upon whether accuracy assessment is triggered from the sample's Primary Analytical Type or Secondary Analytical Type being Blank, Standard or Spike —to allow for custom logic for variations in measuring standard materials
Any of these scripts can change the outcome of an accuracy assessment, to override the sample scheme analyte's Standard Status, PD or Recovery.
Note that although a core accuracy assessment can potentially set a sample scheme analyte's Standard Status to Pass, Upper Warning, Lower Warning, Upper Failure or Lower Failure, a custom accuracy assessment using a script could potentially set the sample scheme analyte's Standard Status to Pass, Upper Warning, Lower Warning, Trend Warning, Warning, Upper Failure, Lower Failure, Trend Failure or Failure.
