Maintain report requests

To search for jobs and their associated report requests:

  1. Access the CCRPTR—Report Request application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCRPTR—Search Report Request screen.
  2. Select the Scope, Archive Status and Job Type search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.
  3. Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search. (All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.)

To export jobs and their associated report requests to a report:

  1. Search for jobs and their associated report requests.
  2. Select the check box in the first column of each job to be included in the report, or leave all jobs unselected to include all jobs and their associated report requests in the report.
  3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

    Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

    During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.

To create a report request:

  1. Click New to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
  2. Enter either the Name or select a Name Syntax Code.
  3. Select the Report Type.
  4. Enter other details, as required.

    If a the Client Code and Contact Code are not selected at this point, upon submit, they are set from the first job that is added to the report request.

  5. Click Submit.

To create a report request from another report request:

  1. Search for the source report request.
  2. Open the report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
  3. Click Save As to display the Save As dialog box.
  4. Select the Name Syntax Code or enter the Name.
  5. Select Is Template to set the target report request as a template report request.
  6. Click OK to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
  7. Change any details for the new report request, as required.
  8. Click Submit.

To update a report request:

  1. Search for the report request.

  2. Open the required report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.

  3. Update the fields, as required.

    Note: The Report Request Code field cannot be updated.

    If a Client Code and Contact Code are not selected at this point, they are set from the first job that is added to the report request.

  4. Click Submit.

To delete a report request:

  1. Search for the report request.
  2. Open the required report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
  3. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box .
  4. Click Confirm.
