Update report request sample scheme analyte reporting details

1. Access the CCRPTR—Report Request application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCRPTR—Search Report Request screen.

2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

   Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

3. Open the required report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.

4. To update reporting details for scheme analytes across all samples in the report request:

   1. Select the Tests tab.

   2. Click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row to display analyte rows.

   3. Select each analyte that is to have its reporting units updated.

   4. Click Change Reporting Details to display the CCRPTR—Change Reporting Details dialog box.

5. To update reporting details for scheme analytes for selected multiple samples in the report request:

   1. Select the Samples tab to display report request samples.

   2. Select the report request samples to be updated and click Update Multiple Samples to display the CCRPTRMULTIEDIT—Report Request Sample Multiple Edit Detail screen.

   3. Select the Tests tab.

   4. Click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row to display analyte rows.

   5. Select each analyte that is to have its reporting units updated.

   6. Click Update Multiple Samples to display the CCRPTRMULTIEDIT—Change Reporting Details dialog box.

6. Select the New Reporting Unit.
7. Select Factor Report DLs, as required.
8. Select the New Rounding Table.
9. Select Reportable, as required.
10. Click OK to apply the update, or click Cancel to not proceed.

    The event is audited.
