Maintain addresses for a client

To review addresses for a client:

  1. Search for clients.
  2. Open the client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.
  3. Select the Addresses tab.

To add a client address:

  1. Click Create Client Address to display the CCCLNTADDR—Client Address Detail screen.
  2. Update the fields, as required.
  3. Click Submit and close the CCCLNTADDR—Client Address Detail screen.

To update a client address:

  1. Open the address to be updated to display the CCCLNTADDR—Client Address Detail screen.
  2. Enter the following fields:

    Address Category

    Address

    City

    County

    State

    Province

    Postcode

    Country Code

    ERP Address

  3. Click Submit.

To delete a client address:

  1. Click X at the beginning of the row to be deleted.
  2. Click Submit.

To set a client address as the default address:

  1. Select the Set Default flow on the row containing the client address to set Is Default on the selected address.
  2. Click Submit.
