Maintain clients

To search for clients:

  1. Access the CCCLNT—Client application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCCLNT—Search Client screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display the clients that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

To export clients to a report:

  1. Search for clients.
  2. Select the check box in the first column of each client to be included in the report, or leave all clients unselected to include all clients in the report.
  3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

    Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

    During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.

To create a client:

  1. Access the CCCLNT—Client application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCCLNT—Search Client screen.
  2. Click New to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.
  3. Select Organisation Scope, where required.
  4. Enter the Client Code.
  5. Click Submit.

To create a client from an existing client:

  1. Search for clients.

  2. Open the client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.

  3. Click Save As to open the Save As dialog box.

  4. Where the source client has org-scope, then select Organisation Scope, as required.
  5. Enter the Client Code for the new client.

  6. Click OK to create and open the new client in the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.
  7. Update the details, as required.
  8. Click Submit.

To update a client:

  1. Search for clients.

  2. Open the client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.

  3. Update the fields, as required.

    Note: The Organisation Scope and Client Code fields cannot be updated.

  4. To upload a logo:

    1. Click the Open Folder icon next to Logo.
    2. Locate the file.
    3. Click Open.
  5. To remove a logo:

    1. Click X next to Logo.
  6. To upload a document file:

    1. Click the Open Folder icon next to Document.
    2. Locate the file.
    3. Click Open.
  7. To remove a document file:

    1. Click X next to Document.
  8. Click Submit.

To delete a client:

  1. Search for clients.
  2. Open, the client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.

  3. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
  4. Click Confirm.
