Maintain contacts for a client

To review contacts for a client:

  1. Search for clients.
  2. Open the client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.
  3. Select the Contacts tab.

To configure the primary contact for a client:

  1. Select Primary Contact Code from the active contacts on the client.
  2. Click Submit.

To add a client contact:

  1. Click Create Client Contact to display the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.
  2. Enter the Contact Code.
  3. Update other fields, as required.
  4. Click Submit and close the CCCLNTCLNT—Client Contact Detail screen.

To create a client contact from an existing client contact for the same client:

  1. Open the contact to display the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.

  2. Click Save As to open the Save As dialog box.

  3. Enter the Contact Code for the new client contact.

  4. Click OK to create and open the new client contact in the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.
  5. Update the details, as required.
  6. Click Submit.

To update a client contact:

  1. Open the contact to be updated to display the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.

  2. Update the fields, as required.

    Note: The Contact Code field cannot be updated.

  3. Click Submit.

To delete a client contact:

  1. Click X at the beginning of the row containing the client contact.
  2. Click Submit.
