Set the AUTO_RETRIEVE_ALL_REP_REQ_SAMPLES application preference

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.
2. Enter the Preference Name—AUTO_RETRIEVE_ALL_REP_REQ_SAMPLES
3. Click Submit.
4. Open the preference with the lowest level of scope to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
5. If Is System is selected, then clear it and click Submit.
6. Ensure that Setting Type is set to BOOLEAN.
7. To turn off paging as samples are loaded into the Samples tab for a report request, and to therefore have all samples retrieved, select Setting Value.
8. To turn on paging as samples are loaded into the Samples tab for a report request, and to therefore have a page of samples retrieved and loaded into the grid initially, and extra samples retrieved and loaded into the grid upon demand as the user clicks down the page, clear Setting Value.
9. Set the Preference Type to PREFERENCE.
10. Ensure Is Active is selected.
11. Click Submit.
12. If Is System was initially selected, then ensure it is reselected and click Submit.
