Maintain Scheme Versions

To review scheme versions:

1. Access the CCSCHM—Scheme application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen.

2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display the schemes that match the criteria.

3. Open the required scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.
4. Select the Scheme Versions tab to display scheme versions, sorted from latest to oldest version, in the grid. Click on the column header to change the sort order.

To create the next version of a scheme:

1. Access the CCSCHM—Scheme application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen.

2. Search for schemes.

3. Open the scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.

4. Select the Scheme Versions tab to display scheme versions in the grid.
5. Click Create New Version to display the Create New Version Confirmation dialog box.
6. Click OK to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.

To update a scheme:

1. Search for schemes and review its scheme versions.

2. Open the scheme version to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.

3. Update the fields, as required.

   Note: The Version Number field cannot be updated.

4. To configure an analytical preparation or analytical scheme to have raw-to-final correction applied, select Correction Applied.

5. Click Submit.

To delete a scheme version:

1. Search for schemes and review its scheme versions.

2. Open the scheme version to display the CCSCHMVER—Scheme Version Detail screen.

3. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
4. Click Confirm.
