Maintain schemes

To search for schemes:

  1. Access the CCSCHM—Scheme application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display the schemes that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

To export schemes to a report:

  1. Search for schemes.
  2. Select the check box in the first column of each scheme to be included in the report, or leave all schemes unselected to include all schemes in the report.
  3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

    Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

    During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.

To create a scheme:

  1. Access the CCSCHM—Scheme application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen.
  2. Click New to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.
  3. Select whether the scheme has Organisation Scope or not.
  4. Enter the Scheme Code.
  5. Select the Scheme Type as either Sample Preparation, Analytical Preparation, Analytical or Miscellaneous.
  6. Select the Price Type.
  7. Click Submit.

To create a scheme from an existing scheme, in the same organisation:

  1. Search for schemes.

  2. Open the scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.

  3. Click Save As to open the Save As dialog box.

  4. If the source scheme has org-scope, select whether the new scheme has Organisation Scope or not.

  5. Enter the Scheme Code for the new scheme.

  6. Enter a Price Code for the new scheme, if required.

  7. Click OK to create and open the new scheme in the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.
  8. Update the details, as required.
  9. Click Submit.

To update a scheme:

  1. Search for schemes.

  2. Open the scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.

  3. Update the fields, as required.

    Note: The Scheme Code, Scheme Type and Price Type fields cannot be updated.

  4. Click Submit.

To delete a scheme:

  1. Search for schemes.

  2. Open, the scheme to display the CCSCHM—Scheme Detail screen.

  3. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
  4. Click Confirm.
