Export/Import of Standards

Standards are automatically included in distribution if:

• Samples are exported/imported: CCSTANDARD.ID = CCSAMPLE.STANDARD_ID
• QC Mask Members are exported/imported: CCSTANDARD.ID = CCQCMASKMEMBER.STANDARD_ID

The following data is included when a Standard record is exported/imported:

• All fields in the record, except for those specified as being cleared, and Creation User and Last Mod User which are cleared also.

  • Laboratory (should be empty anyway since only org-scope standards can be approved for export)

  • Approved date

  • Approved by user

  • Status changed by user

• Specific links to other records are maintained, and the linked record is exported/imported if it does not already exist in the destination organisation.

  • Current standard lot, as a Standard Lot record

  • Sample type, as a Sample Type record

  • Standard category, as a Category record

  • Standard text, as a Text record

  • Standard script, as a Script record

  • Organisation, as an Organisation record

• Related child or group member records are exported/imported.

  • Standard lots, as Standard Lot records

  • Standard hazards, as Standard Hazard records

  • Standard group members, as Standard Group Member records, only where the Standard exists in the current organisation

• All related EFS files (for example, scripts, images) are exported/imported.

  • Standard image

  • Standard document

• All related custom attributes and related content are exported/imported.
• All related I18n records are exported/imported for all exported/imported records.
