Set the BATCH_QUEUE_TASK_PRIORITY preference
- Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.
- Enter the Preference Name—BATCH_QUEUE_TASK_PRIORITY
- Click Submit.
- Open the preference with the lowest level of scope to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
- If Is System is checked, then:
- Uncheck Is System.
- Click Submit.
- Ensure that Setting Type is set to STRING.
- Enter the Setting Value—For example: CCBPRINT—1,CCBEMAIL—1,CCBPGEN—2,CCBRGEN_PRECERT—2,CCBRGEN_FINALCERT—2
When a batch queue task is created in the batch queue and the code for the task matches one of the listed tasks then the task is executed with the defined priority, otherwise it is executed with the priority, according to the type of task.
- Set the Preference Type to PREFERENCE.
- Ensure Is Active is checked.
- Click Submit.
- If Is System was initially checked, then:
- Check Is System.
- Click Submit.
