Maintain accreditation bodies for a laboratory

1. Access the CCLBRT—Laboratory application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCLBRT—Search Laboratory screen.
2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.

   Laboratories that match the criteria display in the grid.

3. Open the required laboratory to display the CCLBRT—Laboratory Detail screen.
4. Select the Accreditation Bodies tab.

To add an accreditation body to a laboratory:

1. Click Lookup CCACCB to display the CCACCB—Search Accreditation Body screen.
2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.

   Accreditation bodies that match the criteria display in the grid.

3. Select the required lines of business.
4. Click Select and Return.

   The accreditation bodies are added to the laboratory.

5. Click Submit.

   This establishes a relationship between the accreditation body and the scheme via the laboratory and method.

To remove an accreditation body from a laboratory:

1. Select the accreditation bodies in the grid to be deleted.
2. Click Submit.

   The accreditation body relationship is removed.
