Configure a syntax to generate report email text

1. Create a syntax in the CCSNTX—Syntax application.

2. Enter the following fields:

   Organisation Scope

   Syntax Code: EMAIL_MESSAGE_TEXT or EMAIL_SUBJECT_TEXT, As required

   Syntax Type: Report Request

   Is Active: Checked

3. Enter syntax details, for example, for a report email message:

   Syntax:

   To $Client.name.asEllipseValue

   Attached is the report for Job name $Job.name.asEllipseValue 

   Regards,

   CCLAS Administrator

   or for a report email subject:

   Job Name $Job.name.asEllipseValue

   Outer Seq Floor: 1

   Outer Seq Ceiling: 9999999999

   Outer Seq Increment: 1

4. Click Submit.
