Requirement

To show the Include Cancelled Jobs search criteria on the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen.

Concept

It is not usual for cancelled jobs to have results entered into them, however, there may be situations in which results of a previously cancelled jobs need to be viewed.

Screen Personalisation

Customise the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen and toggle the behaviour of the Include Cancelled Jobs field.

1. Access the CCWKBK—Workbook application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen.

2. From the application to be personalised, click Personalisation access in the Application Toolbar and select Open Personalisation to display the Screen Personalisation tool on the right of the screen and the customisation on the left of the screen.

3. In the Screen Layout panel, click the arrow beside definition to expand and display the form items and components.

4. Expand the Behaviour node within this section.
5. Locate and select FieldToggle (isIncludeCancelJobCtrl Hide) within the expanded Behaviour node.
6. Click Delete next to the behaviour.
7. Click Submit to save the personalisation.

Testing

Access the CCWKBK—Workbook application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen to see the Include Cancelled Jobs search criteria display on the Primary Criteria tab.
