Remove a service attribute from a screen

1. Access the application to be personalised.

2. From the application to be personalised, click Personalisation access in the Application Toolbar and select Open Personalisation to display the Screen Personalisation tool on the right of the screen and the customisation on the left of the screen.

3. In the Screen Layout panel, click the arrow beside definition to expand and display the form items and components.

4. Continue to expand until the required item or component displays.

5. Click the Service Attributes tab.

6. Select the Service from which the custom attribute is to be removed.

7. Select the Operation from which the custom attribute is to be removed, to display a list of attributes and their type.

8. Locate the custom attribute to be removed.

   Note: Attributes with a Grey Delete showing cannot be deleted.

9. Click Delete next to the applicable custom attribute type to display the Confirm dialog box.

10. Click Confirm to remove the custom attribute from the screen.
