View a trace log

  1. Access the application where the issue occurs.
  2. Select Settings » Trace » Capture to begin the log process.
  3. Perform the steps that you wish to trace.
  4. Select Settings » Trace » Download to stop the log process and download the recording. The Select Location to Download screen displays prompting you to save the recorded file to a specific location.
  5. Once saved, email the file to the Datamine Support Centre.
