Conditions for Auto-addition of Samples and Tests to a Job Invoice

When a production or proposal job is activated, either manually or automatically based upon the AUTO_ACTIVATE_JOBS application preference, and the laboratory's Update Job Invoices Upon Activation is selected, then samples and tests in the job are automatically added to all associated job invoices, and where the check box is cleared, then samples and tests must be added manually to all associated job invoices after a production or proposal job is activated, prior to generating any type of invoice.
