Conditions for Auto-completion of a Production, Proposal or Template Job

When the cascade engine evaluates a job's Workflow Status, where:

• The job's Job Type is Proposal, Production or Template,
• For each sample in the job, the job's Workflow Status is Completed, Listed Not Received, Insufficient Sample, Not Analysed or No Result,
• At least one sample's Workflow Status is Completed,
• The AUTO_COMPLETE_JOBS application preference is:
  • Defined and is checked, then the job's Workflow Status sets to Completed.
  • Not defined, or is defined and is cleared, then the job's Workflow Status remains at Released.
