Conditions for Auto-validation of a Result when the Product Passes Specification

When the cascade engine evaluates a sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status, where:

• The scheme version analyte's Auto Validate check box is cleared,
• The sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status is Released and Composite QC Status is Passed,
• The laboratory's Auto Validate Product Specs is:
  • None, then the sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status remains at Released, such that, it must be manually validated.
  • By Product, and the product Auto Validate is selected, then the sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status sets to Completed.
  • By Product, and the product's Auto Validate check box is cleared, then the sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status remains at Released, such that, it must be manually validated.
  • All, and the product's Auto Validate check box is cleared, then the sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status sets to Completed.
