Conditions for Defaulting Job Sample Tracking Location

When a job is created, if sample portions are tracked by job and the SAM_TRACK_REG_LOCATION application preference is:

• Defined and contains a valid location code, then the job's Location Code defaults to the location.

• Not defined, or it is defined but is empty, or it does not contain a valid location code, then the job's Location Code is left empty, but it must be supplied in the next job update.
