When a workbook is opened in normal mode, where the WORKBOOK_IS_LOAD_ALL_SAMPLES application preference is:

• True, then all samples are loaded into the workbook.
• False, then a page of samples is loaded initially, and extra samples are loaded upon demand as the user clicks down the page.
