Conditions for Setting Workbook Cell Locks due to Expiry

If a sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Expiry Date is before the current system date-time, when the workbook is opened then the cell is automatically locked. If a sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Expiry Date is on or later than the current system date-time, when the workbook is opened, then the cell is not locked due to expiry, however, it could be locked due to other conditions, for example, the presence of a formula or workflow status.
