Restrictions on Ignoring a Critical DL Failure

When an attempt is made to ignore a critical detection limit failure, if the ALLOW_IGNORE_DL_FAILURES application preference is:

• Not defined, or is defined and selected and the sample scheme analyte's Detection Limit Status is Lower Failure and Workflow Status is Check, then the action proceeds to set the sample scheme analyte's Detection Limit Status to Ignore Lower Failure and the Workflow Status to Analysed.
• Not defined, or is defined and selected and the sample scheme analyte's Detection Limit Status is Upper Failure and Workflow Status is Check, then the action proceeds to set the sample scheme analyte's Detection Limit Status to Ignore Upper Failure and Workflow Status to Analysed.
• Defined and is not checked, then the action does not proceed.
