Restrictions on Overwriting a Result

When a user attempts to overwrite a result, if the ALLOW_RESULT_OVERWRITE application preference is:

• Defined and set to 9 (full access), then the action proceeds.
• Not defined, or is defined and set to 0 (read-only access), then the action does not proceed.
