Restrictions on Releasing Workbook Cell Locks due to Workflow Status

If the ALLOW_UNLOCK_WORKFLOW_STATUS application preference is:

• Not defined, or is defined and contains a comma-separated list of workflow statuses, when you attempt to unlock a workbook cell that contains a sample scheme analyte that has a Workflow Status matching one from the list, then the action proceeds.
• Defined and is empty or contains no comma-separated list of workflow statuses, or contains a comma-separated list of workflow statuses none of which match a sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status, when you attempt to unlock the workbook cell that contains that sample scheme analyte, then the action does not proceed, such that, the cell are not locked due to the presence of the Workflow Status, however, it may be locked for other reasons, for example, the presence of a formula or expiry.
