ALLOW_IGNORE_QC_FAILURES

When a result is entered that, after QC assessment results in a Composite QC Status of Failed, and the Workflow Status proceeds to Analysed, (or Released if automatic release is enabled), but cannot be validated to proceed to Completed due to the Composite QC Status of Failed, and you request Ignore QC Failure, then:
- If checked (default on deploy), then the QC failure ignore proceeds such that the Composite QC Status becomes Ignored Failed, and if the Workflow Status is Released, then it can be validated (either automatically or manually) to become Completed.
- If cleared (default if missing), then the QC failure ignore does not proceed.
