ALLOW_REPORTING_UNCERTAINTY_OVERRIDE

When a calculating uncertainty values for results for a sample scheme analyte associated with an org-scope scheme, then:
- If checked, and a) an org-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the org-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty, b) an enabled-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the enabled-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty, or c) a lab-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the lab-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty.
- If cleared (default on deploy; default if missing; default if no attributes are listed in the preference), and a) an org-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the org-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty, b) an enabled-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the org-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty, or c) a lab-scope scheme in a job is being reported then the lab-scope scheme version analyte properties are used to calculate uncertainty.
