BLOCK_FORMULA_UPDATE
STRING, comprising a comma-separated list of workflow statuses.
When a workbook is opened interactively or non-interactively, then:
- If value contains RELEASED, COMPLETED (default) then the workbook cell is blocked from recalculation.
- If empty, then the workbook cell can recalculate.
Note: This preference is independent of an SSA's locked status. The preference is designed to have RELEASED and/or COMPLETED workflow statuses as preference values. Defining other preference values is out of scope and might have unintended outcomes.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
