EMAIL_BCC
STRING, comprising a list of semi-colon-separated email addresses
When you email a report that is generated from a report request, then:
- If empty (default on deploy), then the default BCC email address is empty.
- If not empty, then the default BCC email address defaults to the list of email addresses.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
