EMAIL_REPORTS_SEPARATELY

When you email certificate reports that are generated from a report request, then:
- If checked (default on deploy), then each report document generated from the report request report generation is sent as an attachment on separate emails to each email recipients.
- If cleared (default if missing), then each report document generated from the report request report generation is sent as multiple attachments on one email to each email recipient.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
