When updating job notes during registration or updating job notes for a job from job and sample validation and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the job's Registration Notes, then the Select Canned Comments dialog box is displayed and Category Code is pre-populated with the categories pre-defined in the preference, and the drop-down list is populated with the canned comments linked to those categories.
