REGISTRATION_IGNORE_CURRENT_USER_JOB_LOCKS

• If the preference value is TRUE, and a user has a job open in Workbook, then the user can still update the same job in Job Registration (CCREGN) or in Sample Update (CCSAMP).
• If the preference value is FALSE (default), and a lock exists against the same user due to having the job opened in Workbook, then the same user can only open the job in CCREGN or a sample in the job in CCSAMP in read-only mode unless the lock record of the user is removed in CCLOCK. This was the expected behaviour prior to this preference.

This preference is suggested to be set in Organisational level.
