When a workbook is opened, then:
- If checked (default on deploy), all workbook cells that have a formula are recalculated, and any formula that is not evaluated has the cell populated with #NA.
- If cleared (default if missing), no formula recalculations take place until a result is entered.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
