Fields

• Report Template Code

  The code of the report template associated with the grid content. A report template may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active grid templates as defined in the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> preference.

  Note: When producing status reports, then this list is filtered to only include report templates where the Type is Status, and when producing financial reports, then this list is filtered to only include report templates where the Type is Financial.

• Printer

  The printer on which the report is printed. A device may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active devices in scope, as configured in the CCDEVI—Device application. The default printer is determine in the following order of precedence:

  • The device specified in the selected report template.
  • The device specified the SEARCH_REPORT_DEVICE application preference.

• Email To

  The recipient/s of the emailed report, entered as a semi-colon delimited list of email address. Maximum length of 1000 characters. Defaults to the value of the SEARCH_REPORT_EMAIL_TO application preference.

• Download

  Indicates whether to download the report automatically after it is generated.
