• Country The code

  The code of the country (or territory) associated with the client that has a relationship to sample, used to filter the Copy from Sample drop-down list. A code may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active country codes from the System Table Codes with a Table Type of CR—Country Code, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application. Hidden on the dialog by default, and added via personalisation.

• State

  The state associated with a client associated with a sample to filter the Copy from Sample drop-down list. Hidden on the dialog by default, and added via personalisation.

• Contact The name

  The name of the contact associated with a sample to filter the Copy from Sample drop-down list.

• Project The name

  The name of the project associated with a sample to filter the Copy from Sample drop-down list.

• From

  The type of sample to filter the Copy from Sample drop-down list:

  • Other—Only include a sample where the sample's Template check box is not checked.

  • Templates only—Only include a sample where the sample's Template is selected.

  • Schedule only—Only include a sample where the sample belongs to another schedule job. This option is only available when updating a schedule job.

• Copy from Sample

  The source sample from which to create the new sample. The samples in the drop-down list are filtered by the entered criteria, and whether the template sample is flagged as active for use.

• Use Tests from Template

  Indicates whether to copy tests from the source sample to the new sample.

  If the source sample has org-scope then tests is copied only if all of the sample schemes are enabled for laboratory use, and if not, then an error message displays and the new sample is not created.
