CCSGRD—Sample Grid Detail
Processes associated with this form
The sample grid is orientated in normal mode where samples are down the grid rows and schemes and analytes are across the grid columns.
Screen flows
- Submit—Validate and save the changes.
- Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
- Search Samples—Search for samples matching the specified job name and populate the grid.
Header
-
Job Name
The job to be opened in the sample grid.
-
Scheme Code
The job scheme to be opened in the sample grid.
-
Sample Grid
The grid displaying the sample schemes and sample scheme analytes for the selected job or job scheme.
-
Grid flows
Selecting rows in the grid can enable various grid flow buttons.
-
Set to IS—Set sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status to Insufficient Sample.
-
Set to LNR—Set sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status to Listed Not Received, which consequently cascades up to set sample's Workflow Status to Listed Not Received, as it is the sample that is not received.
-
Set to NA—Set sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status to Not Analysed.
-
Set to NR—Set sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status to No Result.
-
Reset—Reset a sample scheme's or sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status to Not Started.
-
Expand All Schemes—Expand all schemes to show the analytes.
-
Collapse All Schemes—Collapse all schemes to hide the analytes.
-
Toggle Mode—Toggle the mode from normal to inverted display, and vice versa.
-
-
Sequence
When a Scheme Code is not selected, the sequence is in the same order as the sample's Registration Sequence, which is the registration sequence of the unknown and duplicate QC samples in the job.
When a Scheme Code is selected, the sequence is the same order as the sample scheme's Registration Sequence, which is the registration sequence of the samples of all analytical type in the job scheme.
-
Primary Analytical Type
The primary analytical type of the sample that denotes the type of QC assessment the sample primarily undergoes:
-
Unknown
-
Duplicate
-
Replicate
-
Blank
-
Standard
-
Spike.
-
-
Sample Name
The name of the sample.
-
Client Sample Name
The client's name for the sample.
-
Workflow Status
When schemes are collapsed to display the sample schemes in the sample grid, then cells are highlighted to indicate the sample scheme's Workflow Status:
-
Grey—The sample scheme is not registered for the sample.
-
Green—The sample scheme's Workflow Status is Not Started, Check, Repeat, Analysed, Released or Completed, that is, there is/was work to be done for the sample scheme.
-
Yellow—The sample scheme's Workflow Status is Listed Not Received.
-
Orange—The sample scheme's Workflow Status is Insufficient Sample.
-
Red—The sample scheme's Workflow Status is Not Analysed or No Result.
When the schemes are expanded to display the sample scheme analytes in the sample grid, then cells are highlighted to indicate the samples scheme analyte's Workflow Status:
-
Grey—The sample scheme analyte is not registered for the sample scheme.
-
Green—The sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status is Not Started, Check, Repeat, Analysed, Released or Completed.
-
Yellow—The sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status is Listed Not Received.
-
Orange—The sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status is Insufficient Sample.
-
Red—The sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status is Not Analysed or No Result.
