Screen flows
- Submit—Validate and save the changes.
- Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Save As—Creates a new item based on the information provided by an existing item.
- Delete—Confirm and delete the current item.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

Table Name
The name of the table associated with the audit rule.

Description
The description of the audit activity, that is, a purpose for the rule which is implemented, used as a search criteria when searching for audit data.
Note: Entry in this field is case-sensitive. For example, entering code returns different results to entering Code.

Audit Creates
Indicates whether audit records are created for the specified table in accordance with the applied column conditions and inclusions table rules.
Note: This check box checked for existing rules. When creating a new rule, this check box is cleared by default.

Audit Updates
Indicates whether updates to records on the specified table are audited in accordance with the applied column conditions and inclusions table rules. Checked by default.

Audit Deletes
Indicates whether deletions of records on the specified table are audited in accordance with the applied column conditions and inclusions rules. Checkeld by default.
Column Conditions Tab
If there are no conditions specified then all operations are audited. Adding details to the column conditions specifies that data on the record must meet certain conditions before changes to the record is audited.
Note: Column Conditions and Column Inclusions are optional, and can be used separately or together on a rule.

Column Name
The table attribute name. There is a list of the available attributes for the table.

Column Value
The value defining the condition for the audit rule for that attribute.
Column Inclusions Tab
If there no inclusions are specified, then all attributes are audited. Adding data to the column inclusions specifies that only changes to these attributes is included in generated audit data.
Note: Column conditions and column inclusions are optional, and can be used separately or together on a rule.
