Working with Activity Statuses
Status
Some entities have bi-state activity status. This is represented as a Boolean value on the entity, usually with a label of Is Active.
Other entities have a tri-state activity status. This is represented as an enumeration on the entity, where each enumerator equates to a text string to indicate what it means. Changes to these statuses include the recording of the user who made the status change and a status change reason.
